EVENTS
Since seating is limited for each event, registration is required. Registration is based on "first come, first serve" and stays opened until class is full.
To register:
a) You can mail us a check or money order or an international check with the minimum deposit amount or the full payment for the class you want to attend. Please write down your full contact information (your names, address, phone number and e-mail), the name of the seminar, dates and its location.
b) You can do a wire transfer through this website by clicking on "registration" then "add to cart" . You have the choice to pay the minimum deposit or the full payment. You don't have to be registered with Paypal to do the transaction, you can pay with any major credit/debit cards. For all online transaction, a $10 processing fee will be added.
Confirmation of your registration:
Once we receive your payment (minimum deposit or full), we will send you a written confirmation of your registration by mail or e-mail. This confirmation guaranties your seat at the seminar or event you want to attend.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation of the event from the Biodecoding Institute, all payments and deposits are 100% refundable or transferable to another event.
Cancellation from participants has to be written by mail or e-mail. In case of cancellation 30 days and more prior the event, the fees are 100% refundable or transferable to another event. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days but more than 15 days prior the event, fees are refundable or transferable up to 50%. If cancellation is made less than 15 days prior the event, fees are not refundable or transferable.
No show:
All payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
